Christelle Nouhaud is a qualified lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2014.
Before joining BEHRING in 2014, Christelle Nouhaud gained her experience in a number of Parisian firms (Cabinet Bouchara-Avocats, Nomos, Dentons).
Christelle Nouhaud has great expertise, in contentious as well as non-contentious matters, in intellectual and industrial property (trademarks, patents, copyright, etc.).
More generally, she advises on matters relating to new technology law, with a particular focus on IT, ecommerce and data protection.
Christelle Nouhaud also provides advice in respect of competition issues such as passing off or unfair competition.
James Singer

After practising as a solicitor for several years in London, James now practises as a qualified French lawyer in Paris. Following the start of his career in the telecommunications sector with the UK’s incumbent operator, James Singer joined an English telecoms and competition law firm where he provided contentious and non-contentious advice on spectrum allocation matters, as well as judicial reviews of the UK’s telecommunications and energy regulators. He also advised operators on international projects. He brings to BEHRING a varied experience in those areas of practice by assisting on IT and telecommunications matters.
Apolline Levesque

Apolline Levesque is a qualified lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar since 2020.
After graduating with a master’s degree in digital law (Paris Descartes University) and an advanced master’s degree in international business law and management (ESSEC Business School), she acquired experience both in-house and in technology law departments of several law firms (Gibson Dunn, Arendt & Medernach), before joining BEHRING in 2020.
Her main areas of practice are telecommunications and IT law, as well as data protection and intellectual property law, both in non-contentious advice and litigation.
Laurent Bruneau
Consultant
Laurent Bruneau began his career as a Risk & Audit Manager at the Société Générale. During his 7-year tenure there, he managed a large number of internal audit and consulting projects on behalf of the group’s management committee. In 2000, he founded a computer hardware trading company. He currently teaches market finance in a Parisian business school.
Laurent Bruneau advises BEHRING as a consultant on public policy matters, as well as banking, financial and cybersecurity issues.
