Following the start of his career in the telecommunications sector with the UK’s incumbent operator, James Singer joined an English telecoms and competition law firm where he provided contentious and non-contentious advice on spectrum allocation matters, as well as judicial reviews of the UK’s telecommunications and energy regulators. He also advised operators on international projects. He brings to BEHRING a varied experience in those areas of practice by assisting on IT and telecommunications matters.
