As a qualified lawyer at the Paris Bar since 1997, Anne-Solène Gay specializes in telecom and space law. She has also developed significant expertise in information technology, digital law and intellectual property.
Prior to founding BEHRING, Anne-Solène Gay practiced at various international law firms (Jeantet & Associés and Bird & Bird) in Paris and London and was a partner of the YGMA for 11 years.
Main international legal directories (notably Chambers & Partners and Legal 500) name her each year one of the leading lawyers in TMT (telecom, media and technologies) in France.

Valentin Morel-Lab is a qualified lawyer at the Paris bar who joined BEHRING in 2022.
He holds a Master's degree in Digital Economy Law from the University of Strasbourg. This education, combined with his professional experiences in various law firms and companies, gained experience in digital law and intellectual property law.
Valentin is mainly involved in these areas of law as well as on a variety of matters in telecommunications law and space law.

Caroline Feraa is a member of the Paris Bar and joined BEHRING in 2023.
After two years of preparatory class D1 in Law-Economics in Paris, Caroline chose to focus on intellectual property and digital law by joining the “Magistère” of Poitiers, a selective three-year course.
To put the knowledge she had acquired into practice, Caroline took part in internships with various law firms (Jacob Avocats, Harlay Avocats, ISGE& Associés, Gide Loyrette Nouel). A one-year in-house experience as an intern and then legal advisor at Louis Vuitton enabled Caroline to put her expertise into practice within a large organization.
Caroline advises on matters relating to all areas of intellectual property (trademarks, patents, copyright, etc.) and digital technology. She also handles cases in the field of new technology law and works on competitive issues such as parasitism and unfair competition.
Léa Paisley

Léa Paisley is an attorney at the Paris Bar and joined BEHRING in 2024.
She holds a Master 1 and a Master 2 degree from the University of Paris-Saclay, specializing in the fields of intellectual property, digital law, and data protection.
Her experiences in law firms (Osborne Clark, Bersay, Nomos) and in the corporate world (Universal Music France) have enabled her to strengthen her skills in digital law, data, copyright, and neighboring rights. She has also developed complementary expertise in competition and consumer law.
At Behring, Léa primarily works on telecommunications and digital matters.
Benjamin Kahn

Benjamin Kahn joined BEHRING in 2025. He is a student lawyer at the Haute École des Avocats Conseils (HEDAC) and will be a member of the Paris Bar from October 2025.
He holds a Master's degree in Innovation and Industrial Property Law from the University of Paris-Saclay and a Master's degree in European Union Law from University of Panthéon-Sorbonne. He also holds a double bachelor's degree in International Law and Political Science (UVSQ).
Benjamin has gained varied experience working for law firms (Deprez Guignot et associés, Aumans), major CAC 40 companies (Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield), and public institutions (CNRS, FranceAgriMer).
He works on a wide range of issues related to telecom regulation, technological innovation, artificial intelligence, intellectual property, and personal data.
Laurent Bruneau

Laurent Bruneau began his career as a Risk & Audit Manager at the Société Générale. During his 7-year tenure there, he managed a large number of internal audit and consulting projects on behalf of the group's management committee. In 2000, he founded a computer hardware trading company. He currently teaches market finance in a Parisian business school.
Laurent Bruneau advises BEHRING as a consultant on public policy matters, as well as banking, financial and cybersecurity issues.
